It's October 2021 and this is a great cycle camping tour over the hills, ending with heading into a strong wind all along the south coast. It is a sentimental journey for me to re-visit places I cycled to from London as a teenager around 50 years ago. These include, Box Hill, North Downs, South Downs, Frensham Ponds, Devils Punchbowl, Portsmouth, Hayling Island, Bognor, Brighton and Worthing, Ashdown Forest, Newhaven and Eastbourne.
