🔴 In this video I am going to show you the most correct way to optimize the use of two speakers per side. In order to achieve more output power and that the sound can go much further, without the need to hire an excessive amount of audio equipment, in an easy and fast way.
Usually, to gain more power, our common sense tells us that the more speakers we use, the better sound we will have and the louder it will be heard. But perhaps, in our daily lives, the laws of acoustics are not present in our most recurrent activities. Not taking this factor into account, which is not bad, we use two speakers per side, one on top of the other.
Using it this way, we will gain power at some frequencies, or for a more common language, some musical instruments will be heard louder, like bass and percussion. But the definition, clarity and range of the sound are going to be really compromised with this strategy. This will result in a comb filter that is totally against good sound quality.
In order to solve this big inconvenience, it is highly recommended to use the speaker that is on top of the first box, rotate it in itself so that it is upside down, or headstack, between them, in order to create an acoustic center where the highs are as close as possible. That helps the sum of the two boxes in power or sound pressure level, be as effective as possible and the system sits with much better sound quality and reaches more distance, therefore covering a greater number of people.
