****** ECONOMIC ICE CREAM RECIPE *******
▪ Base Cream
1l of whole milk
30g ice cream powder in the flavor of your choice
10g of neutral alloy
100g sugar

👉 If you prefer an even more economical option, replace the milk with 1l of water + 40g of powdered milk.

I used ice cream powder in the flavors Grape, Bonbon, Céu Azul, Chocolate and Passion Fruit from Marvi, but you can use the ice cream powder of any brand you want.
** I used 100ml of cream in each bag.
*** I used a 5x24cm bag with 6 microns. The ideal is to use bags of 4 to 8 microns. Anything less and the bag is too thin and tears easily.
