Mr President of ECHR Cuido Raimondi and Mrs Siofra O'Leary please help in a abusive grefe/Clerk/registrar from European Court for Human Rights, dismissed/denied a application/complain of mine because i did not send him NON EXISTING evidence! Registrar Mr or Mrs S. Mangrau from European Court for Human Rights, S. Mangrau denied my file application/complain for displacement case to another Court in Romania. Because Romanian judges will not send you in displacement cases in their decisions the motivation/written conclusions i CANNOT SEND TO ECHR ANY NON-EXISTING document/evidence, only short decision on the Romanian judicial portal. How can he do this?! Is unacceptable!

This is a clear case black on white that an romanian clerk/registrar/grefier S. Mangrau denied another application of mine to ECHR.
I remind that I DID NOT ASK FOR MONEY TO THE ROMANIAN STATE! I just want the truth!

I have a strong believe that Other files of mine sended to ECHR were corupted or uncompleted send to the judges. Now after 2 applications of mine were send in 2024 procedural correct made, in 4 months sended to ECGR, the romanian clark S. Mangrau denied my hope to a fair trial in European Court for Human Rights! They are sending to the judges incomplete or corupted applications/complains!!!

I ask Youtube and Google, my old friends, for help and i ask Mr President of ECHR Cuido Raimondi and Mrs Siofra O'Leary to intervein and solve this abusive problems with this romanians clerks because Mr Mangrau is not solo in this acts.

Youtube and Google please promote this for the Freedom of Speech, for IMPARTIALITY, for having a fair trial and restoring my life and my honor. I have lost my family, i have lost a big part of my businesses and my health so you can help me restoring my life.
