Musiio co-founder Hazel Savage was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women In Music Awards 2022. In this video, industry heavy-hitters share their insights and congratulations on her win.

The Women In Music Awards 2022 celebrate the achievements of 12 game-changing executives and artists in the industry.

In 2022, Fast Company named Musiio one of the top 10 most innovative companies in music, and in April, Musiio was acquired by SoundCloud.

Leading the innovation and helming the acquisition was Hazel Savage, former Musiio CEO, now VP of Music Intelligence at SoundCloud.

She told Music Week, "We had many approaches over the years and for me, two things were key. Who will keep the tech in the market and available to buy (not buy us and turn the tap off)? And who has the chance to become a world-class holistic music company? SoundCloud did and is this company."
