Hi! Today I have for you a recipe for delicious, crunchy, buttery croissants with filling that melt in your mouth! These tiny croissants are so delicious, that they disappear from the plate very quickly!
This recipe for shortbread croissants is very simple and certainly everyone can handle their preparation. I also show how to wrap croissants to make them look nice! In my case, these are croissants with chocolate, but you can also make croissants with jam, croissants with marmalade or croissants with fruit, depending on what flavor of croissants you want to get :)
This croissant dough has a delicate, sweet and buttery taste. They are great as an addition to coffee!

The ingredients you will need to prepare the croissants are:
2 cups of cake flour (approx. 320g)
200g of butter
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar (approx. 60g)
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of cream 18%
2 eggs
selected filling, e.g. thick jam, marmalade, fruit, chocolate cream, etc.
powdered sugar for sprinkling or frosting for pouring croissants
