This is from an estate sale we did recently where the gentleman had a small excavation company. We sold this item at our live auction and the buyer was not able to pay so we are offering it on AT. Overall a clean excavator with the offset boom/arm. The hour meter works so we are assuming the hours are correct but we cannot guaranty that. I power-washed this item before the live auction a few weeks back and I don't see any oil leaks on this machine. The seals on all of the cylinders appear to be in good condition. Please note that while there is a thumb on this machine it is not currently plumbed in to the hydraulic system and would require some work to do so. The machine starts right up, runs smooth, operates as it should. Seems to be in good working order - please see videos.

Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice and we can get this to a loading dock if necessary.

SALES TAX: Sales tax at the rate of 5.70% will be added to the final purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and completes the Colorado ag exemption affidavit which will remove all sales tax.
