The question of whether we are alone in the universe sparks curiosity in astronomers and space enthusiasts alike. To answer this question, we must first search for planets outside our solar system that can support biological life. This search is complex and requires the help of multiple space telescopes, all featuring unique capabilities to aid astronomers in the quest. Join Goddard scientists for this Engage session as they discuss current NASA observatories contributing to this search, the next steps we must take, and the future missions that will bring us one step closer.

Speakers include:
• Claire Andreoli (moderator), Astrophysics Communications Lead
• Dr. Thomas Barclay, Roman Space Telescope Operations Scientist
• Dr. Knicole Colón, James Webb Space Telescope Project Scientist for Operations
• Dr. Elisa Quintana, Pandora Principal Investigator
• Dr. Giada Arney, DAVINCI Deputy Principal Investigator & Co-Chair of the Habitable Worlds Observatory Living Worlds Working Group
• Dr. Christina Hedges, TESS Science Support Center Lead
