400 grams minced meat
1 medium sized onion chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies (optional, I didn’t add)
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp baking soda
Coriander leaves
Salt
1 tbsp ghee
