Ube Biko with Langka

This is a twist from our usual biko with the latik on top. Latik in bisaya is the coconut-sugar syrup on top of the biko. Ube and langka go well together so I thought of putting them in one recipe. If the sweetened langka is too sweet, feel free to reduce the sugar in the biko. You can use canned or bottled langka so you do not need to cook them with sugar. The one in the can is not as sweet as the one in the bottle. I would prefer the ones in the can if available. Do not use fresh langka because your biko will not keep well. Enjoy this recipe.
