One Delicious Bahamian Boiled Fish (Grouper)
Fun fact: Boiled Fish have been prepared by Bahamians and eaten mostly with Johnny Cake for over 300 years, however boiled fish have a strong British and American influence. The heat and flavor of this lime -scented savory broth and flaky grouper will change your life. It is one of those, dare I say, ancient Bahamian dishes, that will have you wanting more.
Neighbors I do hope that you enjoy and welcome to the neighborhood!
