Landing your first job in the animation industry or as a digital artist can be tough. Here are my 2 cents on how to achieve this in 2024.

Now as a disclaimer I must say I’m not an HR specialist and this is my personal vision based on my experience. I switched career 12 years ago, and I’ve been running my own company for the last 10 years, as a 3D generalist specialized in animaton and rigging. I worked on many different projects, such as game development, entertainment and commercials.
