1(55g) Egg (weight including shell)
2 Pinches of Salt
40g(4tbsp) Sugar
40g Melted unsalted butter (replace with vegetable oil)
60ml Milk
120ml Water
6g(1tbsp) Baking powder
1tsp Vanilla oil

✤ Soft Waffle Dough
160g Soft flour (can be use all purpose flour)
1(55g) Egg (weight including shell)
2 Pinches of Salt
40g(4tbsp) Sugar
40g Melted unsalted butter (replace with vegetable oil)
180ml Milk
6g(1tbsp) Baking powder
1tsp Vanilla oil
