KSFO - San Francisco, CA

A Delta Airlines Boeing 757-200 was climbing out of San Francisco when they lost guidance, autothrottle, autopilot, and an EICAS message regarding TAT Probe. The crew worked the issues with dispatch and maintenance without success. After further discussion with dispatch and the duty pilot they decided to return to SFO as it would be too fatiguing to fly with limited capabilities and at time of circadian low.
