The Windy City will be a long-term build project focused on wind power, flight mechanics, and verticality. Think of it as 'breeze-punk' - like steampunk, but with wind instead of steam power. Today we look at some simple designs for wind charge launchers, and how to decorate them so they look like giant fans!
