13.0 oz Munich Malt Type 1
-7 lb Pale Ale 2-Row (Viking Malt)

1 tsp Irish Moss (Last 15 minutes )
5 tsp Yeast Nutrients (last 10 min)
HOPS:
.4 oz Nugget (Boil 60 min)
.5 oz Fuggle (Boil 10 min)
.5 oz East Kent Golding (After Boil)
YEAST:
SafAle S-33 Belgian Ale Dry Yeast.
ABV:
OG: 1.044
FG: 1.010
ABV: 5.25%
