教你如何制作九层糕~😊!新手也能轻松制作,不容易翻车哦~

所需食材有:
《绿色层》
粘米粉 - 115g
木薯粉 - 185g
白糖 - 100g
椰浆 - 200
斑斓水 - 300g

《白色层》
粘米粉 - 95g
木薯粉 - 150g
白糖 - 65g
椰浆 - 200g
清水 - 250g
----------
Recipes:
《Green layer》
Rice flour - 115g
Tapioca flour - 185g
White sugar - 100g
Coconut milk - 200g
Pandan water - 300g

《White layer》
Rice flour - 95g
Tapioca flour - 150g
White sugar - 65g
Coconut milk - 200g
Water - 250g

把糖煮融化即可,不需要煮滚
糖水必须放凉才可以加入其他食材
视频中使用的是8寸模具
蒸好后拿出来放在一片布上面吸收水气,这样糕点会更耐收哦~
倒面糊之前记得搅一搅,避免沉底哦~

Heat the sugar until it dissolves; no need to bring it to a boil.
The sugar water must be cooled before adding other ingredients.
In the video, an 8-inch mold is used.
After steaming, place the cake on a cloth to absorb moisture, which helps preserve it longer.
Remember to give the batter a stir before pouring it out to prevent it from settling at the bottom ~
