Hi! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial for a sticky and chewy well-known Filipino recipe that is our Special Kutsinta. Let's start!

Ingredients:

1st Layer:

1 1/2 cups or 188 g all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups or 188 g cassava flour
1 3/4 cups or 350 g packed brown sugar
2 tsp. or 10 ml lye water (lihia)
3 3/4 cups or 938 ml water

2nd Layer:

1 cup or 109 g glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup or 100 g packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. or 2.5 ml lye water (lihia)
1 1/4 cups or 313 ml water
1/4 cup or 40 g annatto seeds (atsuete)
