This is the second part of my first recordings with improvisations on the SOMA Lyra-8 using a small board of effects pedals. The SOMA Lyra is a sound beast but it is a lot of fun to create drones and noises with this machine. In this setup it came up with some intuitive and meditative drone sounds. I love to modify the Lyra drone with the reverse effect from the Old Blood Noise BL-44.
Signal pathway was playing the SOMA Lyra-8 into the Old Blood Noise BL-44 Reverse, Strymon El Capistan and Eventide Space (Darkmatter preset). Additional modulation by the Old Blood Noise Expression Ramper.
