PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION FIRST !

At this very moment, I do have:
0 driver side EU pads available
0 passenger side (EU) pads available
ALL GONE BY NOW.. I'm very sorry..
I will keep the video online for you to troubleshoot the problem.. maybe it will still help someone

Long story short:
I'm a owner of an A6 4G that had problems with heating pad in the past on my very own car. Figured out there is no solution for this kind of issue except pay full price (almost 600eur now for heated autodimmed glass). Wasn't happy about that at all so created a solution. This was very very time consuming and also bit pricy because they also had to produce some amount of theese pads especially for me so the manufacturing process will make sence (economically). So I designed, communicated, paid, waited, tested, etc.

This isn't a business to me. If I will run out of the pads, I will not produce more.. I will keep this video tutorial alive so you can at least diagnose the problem.

There is few more info in the comments.
Whole story with the all details is explained in the Czech Audiklub forum.
Thank you for understanding

Audi A6 C7 4G (2011 - 2018)

How to diagnose and fix the the heating issue with the side heated/auto-dimmed mirrors. By previous experience , the most common problem is the heated pad that is often failing. There are burn out spots or the connector will stop to have any contact. Either way, the defective pad can be replaced while keeping your original glass with auto-dimmed feature.

MOST IMPORTANT PART IS TO MEASURE THE PAD IMPEDANCE!
If you have 0 Ohms impedance = your pad is defective
If you have 4-5 Ohms impedance and your side mirror is not heating up = problem is elsewhere (most likely wiring or the fuse)

If you have VCDS diagnostic, you will see the error log saying something like this:

Address 42: Door Elect, Driver (J386) Labels: None
Part No SW: 4G8 959 793 H HW: 4G8 959 793 F
1 Fault Found:
00920 - Heated Outside Mirrors; Driver Side (Z4) / Passenger Side (Z5)
012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit
