Also I realize the story about my interview MAKES NO SENSE UNLESS I TELL YOU IT WAS 2017… I feel like now asking for pronouns and stuff is very normal and OK but back then it really was not normalized so it wasn’t like she was assuming I was non binary or something it was just that she legitimately couldn’t tell… WHICH IS ALSO OK! IT IS OK TO ASK!! IT WAS JUST ODD THAT SHE TOLD ME THAT SO PLAINLY. Just to clarify. Asking for pronouns and stuff is a rly good idea and i am happy it is more normal bc also that probably would have helped in that situation…. But then maybe I would not have gotten in…… ANYWAYS!!!!
