How to train the biceps at home with no equipment. When the push-up is modified by supinating the hands and leaning forward, the biceps are stressed as a stabiliser. In calisthenics, this reverse grip is called the pseudo planche push-up. Obviously if muscle growth is the goal, just carry on and do bicep curls with weights or at the gym.
