Aata Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:-

For dough (makes 2 small pizzas)

1 cup aata
1 Tsp sugar/desi khand (I used)
1 Tbsp olive oil or any unflavoured oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tsp active dry yeast

Step 1 : Dough preparation :-

Firstly Add Sugar/desi khand in 1/4 th cup of lukewarm water and add active dry yeast mix well everything and leave it for 10 minutes.
After that make soft dough using above ingredients


For Pizza toppings:-
Some paneer cubes
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh sweet corn
1 medium size Capsicum
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp each oregano and basil or pizza seasoning

Step 2:-
Add butter in a pan then add sweet corn and sliced capsicum and stir fry it for 1 minute and add salt , pepper powder, pizza seasoning and mix well and switch off the flame
Note :- (quantity of veggies and cheese you can increase or decrease or as per you choice )

For instant Pizza Sauce:-
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1tsp oregano
1tsp basil
20 gm butter
1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Step 3:-
Make two thick roti like and use some maze flour for rolling it and prick both with a fork above both pizzas

Step 4:-
Assembling Pizzas:-
Coat paneer cubes in pizza sauce and then add veggies and cheese on the top of flattened aata dough and bake it for 15 minutes in otg at 180 degrees.
