In this video we catch some beautiful Louisiana Redfish in the marsh. The redfish couldn't resist the fresh shrimp that we were using as bait. After the trip I prepare a Cajun dish with the redfish fillets. Court bouillon is a fish stew that uses a roux, tomato base, and Redfish.
