Ingredients for this delicious roasted red peppers recipe,
5 kilos of red pepper/paprika (use especially meaty peppers)
2 heads of garlic
200 ml of olive oil
200 ml of vinegar (Apple or wine vinegar)
2 tablespoons of sea salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
juice of 1 lemon
a big bunch of parsley

roast in a preheated 240 C degree oven
