Hello GRC friends! In this video we are going to show you how to make Calamay or Kalamay Hati. This delicacy was originated in Bohol and I am so much proud to say that making calamay is my parents livelihood before when they were very young. Calamay is one of Bohol's delicacy. It's very tasty, sweet and it is made of coconut milk, brown sugar, and ground glutinous rice.
