The Great Thu Le, classical guitar maestra performs the extremely difficult "Xondo de Baina" by composer Reis Dilermando LIVE at the New York Baha'i Center in Greenwich Village NYC for the inaugural Guitar Masters Festival on April 27, 2024.

Thu Le is a Vietnamese-born globally acclaimed classical guitar master currently living in Bahrain.

After finishing her studies at the Conservatory, she played popular music in Vietnam with a four-piece band to earn a steady income for 12 years, while she married and raisied a family.

At the age of 30, Thu Le moved to India due to her husband's job and refocused on her classical guitar. Shortly thereafter, she entered a prestigious classical guitar competition in Calcutta - and won the Best Classical Guitarist in Asia.

Thu Le’s passion for guitar has seen her perform in many countries, like Italy, France, England, Austria, Germany, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Nepal, Turkey, USA, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain etc.

This is the 84th installment of my "Great Performances" series, where I upload my own personal LIVE footage from past concerts of great musical artists I've covered either through written articles and/or direct interviews.

Read my article about this phenomenal classical guitarista Thu Le. I will include the link below.
