Lemon juice from 2 lemons (~1/2 cup)

Water (100ml / 2/5 cups).
Turmeric (1/3 tsp) for color.
Cornstarch (30 g / 3 level tbsp)
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
Whipped cream 33-38% (250 ml / 1 cup)
Sugar (50g / 1/4 cup).
Beat until thick.
Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of cream to decorate.
