1杯=200ml
白色麵團:
中筋麵粉200克(1+2/3杯)
牛奶110克(1/2杯+2小勺)
白糖15克(1大勺)
酵母2克(1/2小勺)
豬油5克(或食用油)(1小勺)
蕃薯麵團:
熟蕃薯泥180克
中筋麵粉240克(2杯)
牛奶15克(溶化酵母)(1大勺)
酵母3克(3/4小勺)
糖 5克(1小勺)
牛奶45~60克(3~4大勺)
(加入麵團)
豬油5克(或食用油)(1小勺)
包好後發酵30~40分鐘
冷水上鍋
水開後計時16分鐘
關火燜4分鐘後開蓋

After the steamed buns are wrapped,raise them for 30 to 40 minutes.
