‪@rodemic‬ Just announced the NEW RødeCaster Video - their all in one audio and video production console! It combines all of the studio quality audio of Rodecaster we know and love, with a broadcast quality 6 camera switcher and innovative scene builder for live streaming and recording.

I was fortunate enough receive an early review unit and so have been putting it through its paces.

What sets it apart from other hardware camera switchers, such as the ATEM Mini range, is the ease with which you can create new scene layouts, add overlays and media and general get it all set up in their RodeCentral Desktop App. It is all just so intuitive…. Something that cannot be said for other camera switchers on the market!

The RødeCaster Video really makes video production all the more accessible for regular consumers who don’t want the tech to be a barrier to content creation!

The one vital piece of information I left out of the video was the price - D'oh! $1,199
