4. Portugal 🇵🇹 We had only heard amazing things about Portugal and after visiting we can see why! We visited Portimao, Lisbon, Funchal and Porto in our two weeks there. We found Portugal very safe, loved the buildings and architecture, and the fact it was cheaper didn’t hurt either!

3. Iceland 🇮🇸 We visited Iceland last October and absolutely loved our time there. While it can be expensive to visit, there are plenty of free things to do such as hiking, chasing waterfalls, stargazing, visiting glaciers. Iceland is such an incredible country, and we hope to go back one day and explore in a camper van.

2. Italy 🇮🇹 We had such high expectations for Italy and can honestly say it didn’t disappoint! We loved everything about it from the beaches, the food, the wine (and aperol spritz), the history, the lakes, the people and more! We totally understand the hype around Italy, and already want ti go back next year!
