INGREDIENTS for the filling:

600g Turkey meat
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 potato chopped
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
Salt to taste! I used Adobo seasoning
1 tbsp corn starch or corn flour

For the dough:
4 cups plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
500g unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
Water as needed.

1 egg for glaze or egg wash + 1 tbsp milk
