In this video, i show you how to make 5 easy baking mixes from scratch. These are pantry staples that you can keep on hand at all times to quickly mix up a delicious baked good. These recipes use normal ingredients you have in your pantry already and take under 5 minutes to prepare, even in large batches.

My family loves these recipes and if you watched last weeks video, you will see that we are on a journey to make mostly everything we eat from scratch. It is a process but these recipes make it easier.

I believe if you are switching from an ultra processed diet, any change you make will be positive. That being said, these recipes can be made with whole wheat flour to up the nutrient content. I like to use a mix of almost half and half. We are working on making the most nutritious choices but we start where we can.
