In this video I am going to discuss how much money I have been paid each financial year since I started working as a doctor. I also look at the hourly pay rates of working a doctor on a training contract versus choosing not to apply for training and working as a locum doctor. For example my hourly pay as an FY1 doctor was £13.02 versus my pay now working as a locum is £40 per hour.
