FERRERO ROCHER

📒Sastojci:

🌰100 gr prženih lješnika
🌰150 gr. nutelle ili čokoladnog namaza od lješnika
🌰200 gr. napolitanki
📦150 gr. mljevenog keksa
🍹 ekstrakt ruma
🍫100 gr. istopljene čokolade
🥥kašika kokosovog ulja

Lješnike treba ispržiti kratko na tiganju na niskoj temperaturi kako bi bili intenzivnijeg ukusa.

Tople ispržene lješnike sam stavila u zdjelu i protresla kako bi se skinula kora 😊. Lješnike sam isjeckala nožem, a napolitanke usitnila u blenderu.

Napraviti smjesu od lješnika, napolitanki, keksa , ekstrakta ruma i istopljene čokolade (istopila sam je na pari sa kašičicom kokosovog ulja). Smjesu stavite u frižider samo da se kratko stegne prije formiranja kuglica.

🪄Sastojci za ukrašavanje:

🍫200 gr. istopljene čokolade
🥥2 kašike kokosovog ulja
🌰100 gr. mljevenih lješnika
🌰30-ak pečenih lješnika za punjenje bombica

Rukama formirajte kuglice tako što ćete iz posude uzeti malo smjese, malo je zgnječiti da postane kompaktna, a potom je puniti po jednim lješnikom i oblikovati. Ako vam ruke postanu ljepljive dok pravite kuglice, namažite ih sa kokosovim uljem. Napravljene kuglice sam ostavila pola sata u zamrživaču prije umakanja u fil od čokolade i mljevenih lješnika 😊.

FERRERO ROCHER

📒Ingredients:

🌰100 g of fried hazelnuts
🌰150 gr. Nutella or hazelnut chocolate cream
🌰200 gr. wafers
📦150 gr. ground biscuit
🍹rum extract
🍫100 gr. melted chocolate
🥥spoon of coconut oil

Hazelnuts should be fried for a short time in a pan at a low temperature so that they have a more intense taste.

I put the warm roasted hazelnuts in a bowl and shook them to remove the peel😊 . I chopped the hazelnuts with a knife, and crushed the wafers in a blender.

Make a mixture of hazelnuts, wafers, biscuits, rum extract and melted chocolate (I melted it in steam with a teaspoon of coconut oil). Put the mixture in the fridge just to harden briefly before forming the balls.

🪄Ingredients for decoration:

🍫 200 gr. melted chocolate
🥥 2 spoons of coconut oil
🌰 100 gr. ground hazelnuts
🌰About 30 roasted hazelnuts for filling bombs

Form balls with your hands by taking a little of the mixture from the bowl making it compact, and then filling it with one hazelnut at a time and shaping it. If your hands get sticky while making the balls, grease them with a small amount of coconut oil. I left the balls in the freezer for half an hour before dipping them in the chocolate and ground hazelnut filling .
