Hello 大家好!今集比較重口味,麻煩哥會同大家分享一味勁惹味嘅「椒鹽田雞」。今集除咗會分享下,點先可以煮到無任何嘅腥臭嘅嘅田雞之外。仲會分享下只用乾粉,同唔做脆漿淨嘅情況之下,淨係靠控制個油溫,都可以炸到D田雞表面卜卜脆。最後,仲會做一個好簡單嘅「自制椒鹽粉」,咁就唔使專登為咗一碟餸,而特登去買一樽「椒鹽粉」返來啦

田雞4隻 4 Bullfrogs
紅瓣椒2個 2 Red Chilli
椒鹽粉適量 Dash of Spice Salt Powder
蒜頭3辮 3 braids of Garlic
炸蒜 (現成) 1茶匙 Fried Garlic (ready) 1 tsp
薑酒2茶匙 2 tsp Ginger Wine
熟油1茶匙 1 tsp Cooked Oil
調味料 Seasonings
薑酒2茶匙 2 tsp Ginger Wine
鮮露2茶匙 2 tsp Seasoning Sauce
蠔油2茶匙 2 tsp Oyster Sauce
糖1茶匙 1 tsp Sugar
胡椒粉適量 Dash of Pepper
生粉4茶匙 4 tsp of Cornstarch
熟油1茶匙 1 tsp Cooked Oil
椒鹽粉 Spice Salt
鹽1茶匙 1 tsp Salt
五香粉1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp Five Spice Powder
沙薑粉1茶匙 1 tsp Ginger Powder
紅辣椒粉1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
