Ingredients:-

For kala chana masala:-

1cup kala chana

Spices:-

11/2tbsp coriander powder,1tsp cumin
Powder,1tsp kasuri methi,1tbsp dry mango powder,1tbsp kashmiri Chilli powder,1tbsp chana masala,1tsp black salt 1/2tsp crushed black paper,1tbsp garam masala,
1tsp ginger paste,salt as per taste,1bay leaf,2clove,Small piece cinnamon,1tsp cumin seeds and pinch of asafoetida.

2green chilli

For garnishing
Some chopped coriander leaves,ginger and fresh greated coconut.

3tbsp ghee and 2tbsp cooking oil.

For aloo ki sabji:-

4 boiled potato,2 medium sized tomato,
2green chilli,1tsp ginger paste some chopped coriander leaves.

Spices:-

1tbsp coriander seeds,1tsp cumin seeds,
1/2tsp fennel seeds and 5 black paper
1tbsp coriander powder,1tsp cumin powder 1tbsp kashmiri Chilli powder 1tbsp
Kasuri methi 1tbsp garam masala 1/2tsp turmeric powder and pinch of asafoetida.

Salt as per taste
1tbsp ghee and 5tbsp cooking oil
3tbsp fresh malai.


For halwa:-

1/2cup semolina,1/2cup ghee,1/2cup

Sugar.
Dry fruits:-

5 almond,5 chesw,some rising,5 green cardamom and some of saffron thread.

For puri:-
2cup wheat flour,3tbsp semolina,pinch of
asafoetida and salt as per taste.

Refined oil For frying.
