There's long been a question of what actor 0x00E2 is. No room has it, and loading it would crash the game. Well, it turns out no one tried loading it with actor variable 0xFFFF. So here it is: a clasp holding a ladder that can be shot to make it fall down.

This appears to have been scrapped early in development. There's no really plausible place for it to be (even this is a little too short for it), the ladder is only solid and textured on one side, and the clasp has no lighting. Still, it's a fully functional droppable ladder.
