The NC Budget & Tax Center and Children's Funding Project hosted a webinar about a new tool documenting all federal and state-level investments in services and programs for children and youth in North Carolina. This tool, known as a fiscal map, analyzes the state and federal funding from 2019 to 2021 that supports all programs and services from the prenatal stage to young adulthood statewide.
