I had CHICKEN thighs at home and I wanted to prepare them in a very simple way so I made them in a caramelized onion and MUSTARD sauce. The result is a perfect combination of the sweetness of the caramelized onion and the slight acidic flavor of the mustard. Join me for the recipe.

🍗Ingredientes:
500 gr de Muslos de Pollo sin hueso y sin piel.
3/4 a 1 cdta de sal o sazonador o al gusto.
2 cdtas de Pasta de ajo o 1 cdta de ajo en polvo.
1/2 cdta de tomillo+ 1/2 cdta de orégano.
1 cdta de Paprika molida.
Jugo de 1/2 limón.
1 a 2 Cdas Aceite.
250 a 300 gr de Cebolla (1 Cebolla grande).
1 a 11/2 Cda de Mostaza.
100 ml de Vino blanco (1/2 Taza).
100 ml de Caldo o Agua (1/2 taza).
100 ml de crema para cocinar (1/2 Taza).
Sal y Pimienta al gusto para la crema de ser necesario.
Cebollin fresco para decorar (opcional).

🍗Ingredients:
500 gr of boneless and skinless Chicken Thighs.
3/4 to 1 tsp of salt or seasoning or to taste.
2 tsp of garlic paste or 1 tsp of garlic powder.
1/2 tsp thyme + 1/2 tsp oregano.
1 tsp ground paprika.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
1 to 2 tbsp oil.
250 to 300 gr onion (1 large onion).
1 to 11/2 tbsp mustard.
100 ml white wine (1/2 cup).
100 ml broth or water (1/2 cup).
100 ml cooking cream (1/2 cup).
Salt and pepper to taste for the cream if necessary.
Fresh chives for decoration (optional).
