The true antagonist of Kill La Kill, a formidable DrGBase NPC with a multitude of powers. From mind controlling regular NPCs be it VJ or Half Life reskins, to raining down more beams of energy than any foe can handle. First time I ever saw an NPC take a tripod's heat ray without issue. Honestly terrifying how powerful they are, that is if you don't just use an instant kill "Admin Gun". But that would be cheating against any NPC!
