Recipe:
3,600 kg. veal
8 tbsp. sol
spring
pepper
Bay leaf

Description:
Cut the meat into small pieces (50 g-70 g). Boil water in a saucepan to leave the meat in it for 10 minutes. Then take it out and salt it with salt.
In the jars put allspice, black pepper and bay leaf and fill with meat, leaving 1-2 cm away from the cap so as not to bomb. Beef is boiled for 3-4 hours.
