I seen a couple of video's of this happening but did not think it would happen with us. I'm guessing when the round prior to the double shot did not go off (Miss Fire) the round that did fire set off the prior round in the revolver. Pretty scary though and not a good thing to happen. So far I still very excited about the gun, it is an outstanding weapon.
