Bengal Gram - 1 tbsp 🌾
Black Gram - 1 tbsp 🌾
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp 🌱
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp 🌿
Dried Chilies - 2 🌶️
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp 🧄
Chili Powder - 120 gms 🌶️
Salt - 50 gms 🧂
Mustard Powder - 1 tbsp 🌱
Fenugreek Seeds Powder - 1 tsp 🌿
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp 🌿
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp 🍋

Finally, add the cooled tempering and 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 🍋. Let it sit overnight 🌙 before storing in an airtight container 📦.
