Longjing Village
Located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, Longjing Village lies within the West Lake Scenic Area. It covers an area of 2.18 square kilometers and is home to around 600 people. The village is one of the main producers of Longjing tea, renowned for its "Lion" brand Longjing tea 🦁, named after the ancient well in the village named Longjing. The average annual temperature here ranges from 15-18°C, with an annual precipitation of around 1500 millimeters. The slightly acidic soil is conducive to the growth and development of tea bushes.

Longjing Tea
Longjing Tea, also known as Dragon Well Tea, is a type of green tea famous for its jade-like color, beautiful shape, fragrant aroma, and mellow taste. It originated in the West Lake area of Hangzhou, China, and has been cultivated for over ten centuries, gradually becoming one of China's top ten famous teas. During the Tang Dynasty, the tea scholar Lu Yu recorded in his "Classic of Tea" that tea was produced in Tianzhu (present-day Hangzhou) and Lingyin Temple. By the Song Dynasty, the Longjing tea region had begun to take shape. During the Ming Dynasty, Longjing tea gained some fame in China. In the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Qianlong visited Jiangnan six times and elevated Longjing tea to a supreme status. After the Republic of China, Longjing tea gradually became one of the top Chinese teas.

The Longjing tea production areas are mainly divided into three regions: West Lake, Qiantang (Hangzhou), and Yuezhou (Shaoxing). Within the West Lake production area, there are primary and secondary regions, with the primary region including the five core areas of "Lion 🦁, Dragon 🐲, Cloud ☁️, Tiger 🐯, Plum 🌸".
