OLD STYLE SIPO EGG

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp Cooking oil
6 cloves chopped Garlic 🧄
1 pc sliced Onion 🧅
50 grams Butter 🧈
1 gram ground black Pepper
2 tbsp Fish sauce
24 pcs Quail eggs
200 grams Chicken Liver
¼ kilo Chicken Gizzard
650 grams Green peas
250 ml All purpose cream
1/2 cup Chicken Liver/Gizzard Broth

Boil Chicken Gizzard for 30 minutes (cooked)
Boil Chicken Liver for 2 minutes
(half cooked)

Broth Ingredients: Chicken Liver/Gizzard Salt, Ground pepper and Bay leaves
