This is a reenactment of a presentation I gave at Avaya Engage 2020. I first explain the basics of artificial intelligence and natural language processing. I then demonstrate how to apply those principles to bot building using Google Dialog Flow. After watching this video, I cannot think of a reason why you won't be able to build your own bots.
