Every year, I share my testimony as part of my personal reflection. This practice has become more than just a recap of challenges—it’s a way for me to stay grounded, learn, and grow. This year’s topic is something I’ve been hesitant to address: my struggle with pre-game anxiety. I don’t know how many more seasons I have left, so it feels even more important to be vulnerable about what I’ve learned. Sharing these stories matters, not just for me but hopefully for anyone going through their own challenges.

每年,我都會分享我的個人見證,這已成為我反思過去和成長的重要方式。今年,我選擇了一個我一直猶豫是否要談的話題:比賽前的焦慮感。我不知道自己還能打幾個賽季,所以這次分享對我而言格外重要。我希望透過這些故事,能幫助那些也在面對挑戰的人。

In the video, I explore three key lessons I’ve learned through anxiety:

1. You are not alone – So many people experience anxiety, and it’s okay to struggle with it.
2. Anxiety doesn’t define you – Who you are goes far beyond the fear or doubts you feel.
3. Anxiety may never fully go away, but that’s okay – It’s about learning to live with it and finding strength through it.
