Chicken Tikka Pizza || Homemade Chicken Tikka Pizza Recipe - RKC

Ingredients
For Pizza dough
All purpose flour 21/2 cups
Luke Warm water 1 cup
Yeast 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Extra Flour to sprinkle on the pan

Home made Pizza sauce
14 oz crushed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt or adjust
1 tsp dried oregano

For Toppings
Pizza sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 Red onion, sliced
Few black olives
1/4 tsp red Chilli flakes for each pizza
1/4 tsp oregano for each pizza

For Marinate Chicken
1 lb Chicken Boneless, Cut into small cubes
2 tbsp Hung Curd(Yogurt)
1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
Salt to taste

Preparation
1. In a bowl mix luke warm water and yeast and sugar, let it sit 5-10 minutes or until yeast proofs.
2. Add salt,oil, all purpose flour and yeast mixture, mix well with your hand or knead with stand mixer if u have, kneed until smooth dough. Add few drops of oil. Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until double in size, about 2-3 hours.
3. Marinate the chicken cubes with all the ingredients and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour .
4. For Pizza sauce: heat a sauce pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, add minced garlic sauté for a minute. Add 14 oz crushed tomatoes and stir it well. Add salt and dried oregano to it. Mix everything well. Let it come to a boil and then simmer it for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep aside to cool. You can make ahead this and store in the refrigerator.
5. Pre heat the oven to 500 degrees F. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the baking pan, Bake for about 18-20 minutes, until slightly dark brown on the edges.
6. In the meantime, place your pizza stone in oven and preheat at 500 degree F.
7. Once the dough has rested, take a portion and start by poking the surface with your fingertips, until bubbles form and do not deflate.
8. Then, stretch and press the dough into a thin round. Make it thinner than you think it should be, as it will slightly shrink and puff up during baking.
9. Sprinkle some flour onto an upside down baking sheet and place the stretched crust onto it. Once you have it rolled out, top with pizza sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings.
10. Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust and cheese are golden brown. Slice and serve. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes
Cooking time will be dependent on how thick you roll out your dough.
You can add any toppings of your choice.
You can do with white sauce as well. Pizza sauce you can make ahead and keep it in the refrigerator.
