Hello, everyone. Today i decided to make a video on what i believe to be the most tragic loss in maritime history, the fate of the S.S. Rex.

This vessel was constructed by Fabricio Brusa, and converted by Christopher Rich.

The S.S. Rex was one of the most luxurious, beautiful Italian Ocean Liners to be constructed. Launched in 1931, the Rex was sailing for 13 years before her fate in 1944. The S.S. Rex was capsized and destroyed by the allied R.A.F. bombers. The Rex was struck by 59 rockets and numerous cannon-shells, before listing onto her port side and settled half in, half out of the shallow water in the Gulf of Genoa.
